Supplies:
-flip flops
-lace
-Martha Stewart craft punch (any punch would work but this is my favorite!)
-hot glue gun
-brads for embellishing
I started by using my craft punch to put a small hole at the top of the flip flop straps. This needs to be off centered in order to punch completely through the strap.
Then I cut enough lace to completely cover each strap.
I used hot glue to attach the lace to the strap.
Next I trimmed the edge of the lace to fit the strap.
Repeat on the other shoe and now you have a pretty pair of flip flops!
Remember that you have the hole punched on the straps in case you are in the mood for something fun added to your shoes!
This entire project was done with supplies I already had at home aside from the flip flops and took less than 15 minutes to complete.

Love this and so would my daughter!
Thank you!
Deborah :)
Hi Heather, good friends don't flip flop around; they share their crafti-ness, so thank you. I'll give it a go. Love to see what young ladies are doing so I can stay young at heart too. Blessings Terri -- www.morningdewdrops.typepad.com
LOVE the lace!!!
Very cute flip flops, always looking for more good ideas for these. Have a great week from The Victorian Rabbit.
