I CAN MAKE THAT-Embellish Your Hat
On Sat I went to a birthday party and one of my friends was wearing this adorable hat. I asked where she got it and she said it was at some boutique for $25. That got me thinking. . .I could make that. I always think that. Whenever I see something cute, I most likely CAN MAKE THAT, or something similar. And so I am starting a new post series. . . I CAN MAKE THAT.
