Pirate Princess Dress

My daughter might be a little princess but she likes to play rough with the boys. When I saw Sarah Jane's Out to Sea line in pirate pink I couldn't resist making her a sweet little dress out of it.

It is perfect! Pink, grey, and white with frilly Pirate girls all over. The only thing that could have made it better is if one of the girl's name's was Elizabeth.

I used the Daphne dress that I purchased on Etsy from Oh So Sassy.  It is the sweetest dress. I love all the ruffle details around the neck, arms, and bottom. The directions are fairly simple to follow and I sewed it up in about 3.5 hours.

Now when she travels on her imaginary Pirate adventures with the boys she will look the part!

In that first picture of Elizabeth the branch looks like a crown on her head!

I love your Sarah Jane print! I can't wait for my order to come in!!! I think I'm going to wait to use it until Easter to make matching outfits for my son and daughter! You can't go wrong with sailor outfits! :)
