Valentine's Day Dress

I wanted to make an easy play dress for Elizabeth with big pockets. So I decided to make it a Valentine's Day dress that can still be worn after V-DAY. (I hate making dresses that are only good for one occasion). Anyways, I knew exactly what I wanted to make. A shirt style dress with buttons down the front and big pot-of-gold style pockets in the front. I put a single pleat in the back just for movement. I have had the fabric for over a year now. It is Moda Giddy Up and I love it!
