Toddler Play Makeup

I have had an interesting couple of days because my daughter hasn't slept more than six hours a night for several days consecutively.  Desperate for some peace in our house, I made her something fun to play with this afternoon.

Last month (I think, maybe give or take a couple of weeks) I saw a really cute idea to use empty makeup containers and transform them into bright fun play makeup.  Unfortunately I don't know where I saved the original post so I can't share the source with you.  If it's you or you know where the idea came from please leave a comment with the original post information.  Thanks!

I cleaned out a few empty makeup containers and poured a thin layer of brightly colored nail polish in the bottom.  My daughter had fun making all her dolls pretty this afternoon!
